David is a Marine Corps veteran of Operation Desert Storm. He is a board member of the local chapter of the Marine Corps League and the manager of the audit for the Honor Flight Bluegrass Chapter.

David worked for Copy Corp in the 1980s and 1990s.
He resigned in late 1990 to go back to school to study accounting at Indiana University. Upon completing his education, David joined the firm Tichenor & Associates, LLP (in Middletown, KY) in 200. He is experienced in performing audits of healthcare providers and various governmental entities. David also manages the Incurred Cost Audits for USAID and various other audit engagements for Tichenor.
While at Copy Corp/IKON, David worked with Jim Francis, managing the Copy Corp inventory, warehouse and delivery operations. I remember David as being one of the hardest working people I have ever met! He didn't think anything about 8 to 5, he only thought about "getting the job done"! He was one of the nicest and most dependable people we ever had at Copy Corporation and I know his life has been very successful!
Today, David enjoys family, friends and his motorcycle!

I was with Copy Corp from 1990 - 1994 and after CopyCorp I was with PSBI (Prudential Service Bureau, Inc.) which was a benefits administrator for various companies from 1994 - 1998 PSBI was located next door to CopyCorp on Bluegrass Pkwy.
I'm still in the accounting field. My wife Beth is doing great.

Rey worked for Sid Swinney and later Tom Gilman as accountant and controller. He was very effective as an accountant and also a very effective manager of people. Rey is a likeable southern gentleman and a committed "team player"!
When there was a job to be done, CopyCorp could absolutely depend on Rey and his team to get the job done. Even though Rey was seldom involved in a "sales situation" he has the qualities of being an excellent salesperson. Rey is a dependable, honorable hard worker and was a big asset to CopyCorp.
Rey studied Accounting at Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University and is married to Beth Brandon McAlpin.

Tom was the first service technicians for Copy Corporation, he began as service rep/manager in 1979 in the Evansviile office. Tom was very instrumental in the development and success of the Evansville Marketplace. He was an excellent "fix-it" man but more importantly he was great with the customer! In 1984 Tom joined Canon USA in their service department but later came back to Copy Corp in 1988 as the service manager in Evansville.
Today, Tom is Director, Managed Print Services for Toshiba in the Louisville Market Place.

Senor Ramsey's last know whereabouts was a street corner in Acapulco, Mexico after an exciting BULL FIGHT! Seems that this was his first and only bull fight. "Turns out the Corona had a longer lasting fondness than the BULL FIGHT" !

Denny was employed with Copy Corporation in Louisville and Lexington throughout the 1980’s! While at Copy Corporation, he served as a sales representative and as sales manager! Denny had this to say about his employment with CopyCorp: "My time at Copy Corp was very enjoyable and satisfying I won many awards and trips to exciting places throughout my tenure with CopyCorp". After CopyCorp, he founded and managed his successful printing business as well as other successful companies. Over the years, Denny has been active in many community organizations such as the United Way, Chamber of Commerce, and Educational Advisory Boards such as the University of Kentucky Business Fraternity, Youth sports as a coach, referee, umpire and Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America. He is now retired from the US Army Reserve with 33 years of service. Denny has a police background having served as a volunteer Chief of Police for over 10 years; He remains active in the Fraternal Order of Police as past Vice President and currently Lodge Trustee and delegate to the Kentucky State FOP.

Today, Denny is Regional Vice President of United Country
Real Estate for this region of the country.He also work as
the Volunteer Employer Outreach Coordinator for the
Guard and Reserve located in Frankfort, at the Boone
National Guard Center, and work with the Kentucky
Association of Professional Educators, an organization
that promotes quality education here in Kentucky. He has
4 adult children and 6 grandchildren.
Editor Note: Joyce and I bumped in to Denny at Captains
Quarters in May 2013 where he was meeting with a group
or retired police officers for lunch! Denny and I chatted for
a short time to learn that he is doing very well, his health is good and he looks great!

David was sales manager working for Steve Young, Tom Madison and later Dan Pierce.
David was always dependable and produced expected results on a regular basis. He also successfully trained many super sales professional while at CopyCorp! David Payne had a unique skill that compartmentalized job, task, process and team play and fun! I was always comfortable that he would get the job done and achieve the target! David was a good leader! He won and attended many President Club trips to wonderful and exotic places as pictured in this blog.
When David left CopyCorp, he entered the computer field and continued his success for many years.

Leanne worked with CopyCorp for many years in the 80s and early 90s as a sales secretary, sales representative and sales manager. She accomplished every job that she set out to do and with much success and enjoyment along the way.
Leanne married Rick Bradshaw (seen in these pictures), they had a beautiful family and built a very successful business, Louisville Sign Company. Notice how little they have changed over the years. They both have not changed in all these years!
When speaking with Leanne on November 21, 2013 she agreed to update her information and send some pictures of her beautiful family! I know she can make a big contribution to this blog and will enjoy seeing the pictures and reading about her former associates of CopyCorp.

Jeff worked with Copy Corp from 1982 - 1984 as a sales rep. Since Copy Corp Jeff has had a successful career in the computer industry, working with Entre Computer, The Computer Shoppe and MicroAge Computer. In 1985, Jeff founded "SLYN Systems & Peripherals" specializing in home PC service, small and medium size business computers and service, and repair. He is proud to say: "We are Louisville's longest running PC sales, service, networking, support/training dealer, having helped clients 7 days a week since October 1985! We have done computer hardware, software, supply, accessory, peripheral & network sales, services and repair (for more than 25 years)". Jeff is a member of the Microsoft Small Business Server User Group.

Linda worked with at CopyCorp during the early 1980's and during the name change from Copy Graphic Corporation to CopyCorp. She was our first full time, in-house accountant/bookkeeper and was responsible for many of the "Systems" that were the foundation of our entire internal accounting and record keeping procedures. We were sad to loose Linda, but she left to
accept a position near her home in Jeffersonville. Linda accepted an accounting position with Beach Mold in Jeffersonville. Linda was always a pleasure to work with and was very dependable and good at her accounting job at CopyCorp. Her son, Donnie Grace also worked during those years and after.
