Jim Taylor was a part of Copy Corporation from nearly the very beginning.  He and I had lunch on July 5, 2013 at Captain's Quarters, an agreed we met in late 1978 at our first office/warehouse on Bluegrass Parkway.  Jim had a company in the same building, with his brother Joe (now deceased).  Their company sold business phone systems and on one difficult day, our small CopyCorp phone system, simply stopped working and we went next door to Jim and Joe and ask if there was anything they could do to help us.  Within 30 minutes, we were back up and running!  From that day on we had Taylor's phone systems and later when he went into the long distance service, we signed up with his service and in fact, saved money as we grew the business and grew the phone system and calls.

Jim became a friend of CopyCorp and continues today as my personal friend.  He is now retired and lives in Palm Coast, Florida.  His wonderful wife Alice and his brother Joe (who also lived in Palm Coast) both, passed away in recent years.

His health is good and he is very involved in the community and the Palm Coast version of BMI.  Jim continues to, religiously, follow UK and plays golf as often as possible.
